The Ostsee Airpark is going to be build in the North-West area of the Rerik-Zweedorf airfield with a beautiful view towards the lagoon Salzhaff.
The Ostsee-Airpark has been shaped by aviation enthusiasts. The ready-to-build plots are sold by the owner. The land and site development work has been completed with each lot having access to complete utility connections for water, sewer, gas, electricity, and phone service. Streets and sidewalks will be asphalted or plastered.
A Taxiway connects the lots Am Flugplatz 1 - 17 and 26 to the runway. Within the zoning plan regulations Houses and hangars can be planned and built individually. Further restrictions guarantee the communities high standards of living.
The price of a plot includes an ownership share of the streets and sidewalks as well as the utility connections to the border of the lot. An ownership share of the airfield is not included.
